Local family business ran by Helen and her husband, Gervasio. They were helpful and accommodating to all our needs. They understood our budget and made sure we were happy with the end product. The flooring looked amazing at the end. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Gervasio and his team did an excellent large job for my new home. Downstairs, we removed all the carpet, raised the sunken living room, raised the electrical outlets, and laced in new white oak hardwood flooring. Then we sanded all the existing and new wood floors, so that we could restrain them with our new custom stain color. Upstairs we replaced all carpet with our favorite LVP. Also we changed our old carpeted stairs to wood stairs that were stained to our new custom color. We love our new flooring in our house. Gervasio kept us informed at all the decision points and let us make our own decisions. This included aspects like lacing in or having turned boards, choosing transition types and colors, how to frame around the fireplace, and colors of the corner rounds.

This team is small but really professional. I would definitely hire them again if I had another floor project. They did high quality floor installation in time and also keep the house clean after the job is done. I had one floor of old solid wood, they took care of all the install, sand, stain work and make it looks fresh new and outstanding there. Very happy with the overall experience with GHI
