After many no shows and cancelled appointments from other contractors, and several months of talking in the phone trying to find the best people, I finally found the right business! They were fair with their prices, on-time, followed through with any commitment, and was genuine with appreciating my business. They really take pride in their business. I didn't have to constantly wait for a call back and knew exactly what was going to happen and when. I'm doing a lot of remodeling and their crew is the BEST I've had in my home. I randomly chose GHI in effort to have carpeting installed in a bedroom. From the time I received a callback, everything was perfect! There was no problem with anything I asked for. Hellen is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and supportive of my wishes. An appointment was made, the installer was on time, the work was completed in less than 1and one half hours, and was just perfect. I am delighted! The entire process was pain-free and most importantly, REASONABLE!

I met with Helen as I wanted to have the carpet replaced in my townhouse. I told her what I wanted, she listened and delivered!! She and her husband brought samples to my home and I loved her suggestion. The installers were professional, on time, and very neat making it very easy to put things back in place. I absolutely love the finished product!! Helen and her crew are the absolute BEST!!!

GHI Floors removed carpet and installed engineered hardwood in three rooms. Hellen worked hard to find the same product used in the rest of the house at the very best price. Gervasio and team did a flawless job in only two days. The flooring is installed and finished perfectly!

Hellen and the team did a spectacular job! Our rental property was left as a "ship wreck" including the flooring which needed to be replaced. We had initially purchase flooring from another retail institution that had mislead us on purchasing glued on LVP vs snap on, after discussions with hellen, we realized we had purchase the wrong flooring. Hellen was able to get us snap on flooring through her retail outlet which was better quality/ product/ pricing! They were able to complete the install of over 2k sq ft in less than two days and now the flooring looks amazing and the house is ready to be sold! Big thanks to hellen and team for a job well done, their knowledge, hard work, and being able to sympathize with our situation!

Hellen and the team were top notch. We had a strict timeline for our project and they were able to install and refinish our entire main floor in less than a week. The quality and craftsmanship were excellent. Hellen was the main point of contact and was available for my questions at all times, which was important to me. The communication between myself, and the installation team (Gervasio - owner) and sanding team (Antonio), was great - they were available when I needed them and text/called/sent pictures with updates when I was not at home. They moved our heavy pieces of furniture with care, which was also important to me and one of the reasons I chose to go with GHI. Overall, I ended up choosing GHI because 1. their prices were comparable and 2. they ONLY had 5 star ratings. I hope you choose them too. They will get another 5 star rating from me, and I hope to have them back next year for our basement flooring project.

Furthermore, GHI Floors took their service beyond my expectations, when they reached back out to me to ensure I was "still satisfied" with their initial service work months later. You don't find service like that too often. Almost a year and a half later, I reached out again to GHI for their professional insight of a rising concern. They AGAIN, jumped right into action, came out to do an assessment, and initiated work. They have been hands down, definite life-savers in my time of need and I would gladly recommend their team to support anyones flooring service needs.

I love my floooooors! I needed to replace my 1st floor flooring, I wanted to switch from carpet to luxury vinyl & they did not disappoint! From the quote to install I was all finished within a week. It took the team 2 days to remove baseboards, carpet, vinyl, hardwood AND tile sand my floors AND install my new floors! They even suggested a few things to me & I'm glad I took the recommendation. I got my floors installed June 2021 & I will be installing new flooring on my stairs and my second floor in a month or so. I called them for another quote & the pricing is MORE than affordable. Pricing is fair & not overpriced at all. As long as they are in business & I have flooring needs, I'll be calling GHI!!!

Gervasio and his team removed carpet and installed hardwood floors for me in 4 rooms of my home in July 2021. They then sanded the hardwood floors and stained them to match the new and existing floors. The work was very high quality and you cannot tell where the existing floors end and the new floors begin. I had a very tight timeline with movers and the floor work and Gervasio hit the timing perfectly. He also came in exactly on budget per his quote. After moving in there was some damage from the movers that Gervasio was able to come back out and handle for me as well. I would and have recommended GHI Floors to my friends and neighbors looking for flooring work.
